It's the ones that look easy, that seem to always work you the hardest. I suppose it could also be that I've only worked out 3x in the past week and a half. Going from 4-5x per week down to almost nothing doesn't seem that bad... Until you're back in the gym. That 7-10 days can completely change your ability, mental game, and stamina. I felt it hard today. You don't realize what you're missing till it's gone sometimes. So here's to motivation to be back on my gym schedule. Stay on it friends.
